I think rest is very important. As you get older the less sleep you get is what I think is happening. At least that’s happening to me. Many factors affect this such as homework, games, electronics etc.  if you don’t sleep enough your mind won’t work during the day. I mean it will work, but not at its best. Many suggestions and thoughts have been passes around to help kids get more sleep, but not have taken action. For example: less homework, less school hours and going to sleep earlier. Take this into thought. It will only help you.

    All good suggestions, and I would add less screen time before bed. Studies show that reading by lamplight rather than screen light makes for better sleep!
